I#m like 90% that pictzure of Raven isn't from any of the TV series.
It's an edited frame from Birthmark (S04E03), in the original Slade is holding her up from behind since this right before he drops her off the side of the building.

Kind of.. it’s altered. It’s from the original series’s episode Birthmark. Raven is captured by Slade who awakens her powers. In the original image she’s covered with red markings and held by Slade from behind. It’s not that dissimilar from the original though.
