This must be a shitpost from an edgy Indian teen from the Hindi belt, on Reddit, probably r/SaimanSays, r/DesiMeta or r/librandu. The WhatsApp-misinformation-style of writing English is so meme-meta in India, guaranteed to score internet points.

But for real though, that kid is a Afghani of the Hazara ethnic group. Middle Easterns and South Asians can have skin fairer than some native Europeans.

I wonder if making up the kind of conspiracies republicans love would be a way to undermine them. This is obviously a satirical take on the Obama birther bullshit, but a more convincing one might not be a bad idea. Just do what Qanon did but with an agenda to make republicans more bearable instead of less.
