Technically it was Dr. Lacatski who said it, but I explain more in the article. This post will be a TLDR of my article but essentially Dr. James T. Ryder:

  • was an expert (Ph.D) in materials engineering
  • worked at Lockheed from 1973 to 2011, ultimately managing more than $9 billion for Lockheed Martin Space Systems
  • worked as a contractor for NASA and Air Force Material Laboratory, part of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base
  • knew Dr. Eric Davis and Dr. Hal Puthoff, and was a part of the SAFIRE project
  • gave presentations to The Lucis Trust about UFO’s, theories of light and gravity, and the role of science
  • knew about ESP/Remote viewing and the Collin’s Elite

With all this I make the argument that he was part of ‘The Legacy Program.’ He worked on UFO material and tried to give it to AAWSAP but was shutdown by the CIA. I encourage you to read your article and share your thoughts. Thank you!
