Earlier this year, Senators Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Mike Rounds (R-SD) reintroduced the UAP Disclosure Act of 2024, which includes important UAP transparency provisions that were removed during last year’s House-Senate conference negotiations..

However, the UAP Disclosure Act is now at risk of being excluded from the Fiscal Year 2025 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) due to procedural issues. It's critical that the UAP disclosure community show strong public support to ensure its inclusion.

Right now, the most important decision-makers in this process are Senator Mitch McConnell and Senator Rand Paul. If you could spend a few minute to contact them and express your support for the UAP Disclosure Act, it will help us get this past the finish line. Even if you can't reach someone in their office directly, leaving a message will help.

UAP Caucus has a speed dial tool for contacting lawmakers:

Senator Mitch McConnell: (202) 224-2541

Senator Rand Paul: (202) 224-4343

"I'm calling to urge Senator [McConnell/Paul] to support the inclusion of the Rounds-Schumer UAP Disclosure Act (SA 2610) in the Senate Managers' Package for the FY25 National Defense Authorization Act (S.4638)."

If you have not yet done so, contacting your individual U.S. Senators will also be helpful.

"I am contacting you to verify that the Rounds-Schumer UAP Disclosure Act (SA 2610) is included in the Senate Managers' Package of amendments for the FY25 National Defense Authorization Act (S.4638)."
