In an interview here, linked to the time when they are speaking about it:

Acknowledging we need more resources to study the phenomenon, because ultimately "we don't know."

The lead-up to this was talking about the Chinese spy balloon last year.

Just thought this was interesting to post, as I'd recently seen him being a lot more negative/toning down on the UAP question. So, take it how you will.
