Now that the UAPDA apparently has failed again, what do we do now? Where do we go from here?

I'm confused, disappointed and somewhat angry about this.

It seemed like this year everything was lining up great, Luis Elizondo's book, multiple documentaries coming up, a big announcement from a known person, hearings and the passing of the UAPDA.

Now it seems a very important part is no more, I'm really dumbfounded, what do we do now? We can't be hoping each year that some legislation will pass and get disappointed each time.

I feel like we're stuck, but at the same time new things happen all the time, what is the end game here?
