all I want to do is log in & watch Dai Henwood's documentary, so why does Three Now make it so difficult to even login! The app has logged me out so I need to put in my password again (who can even remember what useless password was used). So I choose to reset the password, but it tells me that I need to choose a more complicated password, then I need to us a different password than before, then it won't let me select login at the end - so it won't enter my password & the screen just sits there. By this stage I am giving up and vow never to watch anything on Three Now again.

It shouldn't be so difficult to login to something so simple - it's not my phone banking which I expect to have decent security! It's to watch some TV programmes!

Do better Three Now.

Am still annoyed as I still want to watch Life of Dai - maybe will need to set up a whole new profile & new email address! Aargghh!
