"Call Her Daddy?" that sounds all kinds of icky based on the name alone 😬

Good. Making the rounds with the more free-wheeling discussion groups is an excellent idea. She really should be blitzing out all the big infuencers/podcasts/etc in this final stretch.

She should hit up Brian Tyler Cohen again too. She shouldn't shy away from the more adversarial ones, either, she should include at least a few from the pro-Palestinian community and maybe even like Joe Rogan too.

Yeah it's bad news when the title has to parenthetically clue you in that it's popular, lol.

Not really, Trump made the rounds on a bunch of manosphere podcasts and if it wasn't for the articles telling me they were popular I wouldn't have known. There are many things outside of our experience that are popular.

That was my addition, to clarify

Same but in my defense I only ever go to the music tab on spotify because I have no interest in any podcasts.

[–] CosmicTurtle0@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 12 hours ago

I love podcasts but Spotify's implementation is a fucking travesty.

Wdym by their second biggest? I just pulled up this link and don’t see it listed?

[–] AbidanYre@lemmy.world 11 points 11 hours ago* (last edited 11 hours ago) (1 children)

That is... some kind of list.

Rogan, Tucker, and Candace Owens in the top 5. What is wrong with people?

[–] Pandemanium@lemm.ee 4 points 8 hours ago

Had to replace Rush Limbaugh with something, I guess.

Can't tell how often the site you link updates but it is there. It's just not at 2nd on that listing. Given the "Talk Tuah" podcast being at #5 on that site, I'm going to assume it updates quite frequently

The 2nd largest was a ranking over the course of last year. See the Spotify 2023 podcast rankings linked in the Axios article

"Second biggest last year"

That said, I have also never heard of it.
