[–] brbposting@sh.itjust.works 13 points 3 weeks ago

Would whodn’t, really

[–] werefreeatlast@lemmy.world 10 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

You wouldn't download an 80s rock band and keep them under your bed so they could play your tunes whenever you like, would you?

Nah, I would download Britney Spears though. At least when I was a kid, I would have. And a car. Actually I would download porn if I could.

I admire the vandal because I wouldn't do the things I say on-line in the real life. My your cardboard be admired by millions as an art form my friend!

Why can’t you download porn?

Check out DownloadThemAll for FF

Edit: Wrong extension, see below

Actually, Video Downloadhelper is what I meant to suggest

[–] Nurse_Robot@lemmy.world 81 points 3 weeks ago

The only ethical vandalism

[–] stebo02@lemmy.dbzer0.com 18 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

This is barely vandalism. They didn't break nor paint anything. The cardboard can easily be removed without any damage to property.

[–] scarilog@lemmy.world 7 points 3 weeks ago

Nah I meant vandalism of public advertising is the only ethical vandalism

What about vandalism of surveillance cameras?

[–] interdimensionalmeme@lemmy.ml 9 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

FYI even eye safe lasers can obliterate CCD sensors, permanently and without leaving a trace

[–] bananymous@lemmy.ml 2 points 3 weeks ago

I’m intrigued and I have time on my hands. Time to buy some cheap lasers. Bonus: neighborhood cat shenanigans.

Far from the only

[–] merari42@lemmy.world 47 points 3 weeks ago

The carton is nice an all. But imagine taping an ublock origin poster over all of these ads.

Maybe I’m jaded but with the brand still being visible, I’m not sure this isn’t a marketing ploy.
