I found a friend's cat with a tarot deck. Is tarot a reliable source of information? Hell no. (I can read tarot but I don't believe in it.) But it's still useful to use it to think outside the box.

In other words you should be extra careful taking seriously any sort of LLM output. In this case it wouldn't cause any harm because actual doctors would check it out. But just like my tarot decks, it could output something that you didn't think about, because you were too stuck thinking on the typical case and yet you got something atypical on your hands.

I mean that’s awesome, but ChatGPT is an LLM not a knowledge base nor does it have any ‘concept’ of what it’s ‘saying’.
