Good. It has the potential for some gorgeous animation.

What does it mean in terms of anime quality or what studio will take up the project?

I'm not entirely sure about this studio in particular, but if a studio is known to exploit its animators with unrealistic deadlines, low wages etc, you can expect some issues can the season goes on like pacing, anination quality etc (looking at you Mappa).

I was thinking Mappa would have taken up a Kagurabachi anime

Certain studios have a reputation for quality hand drawn animation and direction: UFOtable, MAPPA/WIT, Trigger are highly respected for their products.

Some studios specialize in genres: KyoAni in well written and animated positive heroines, for example.

Other studios have a reputation for low cost and mediocre quality productions: JC Staff is one that is associated with that kind of thing.

CyGames, or in this case their animation studio subsidiary CyGamesPictures, has a number of well reviewed franchises: Uma Musume/Pretty Derby, Princess Connect, and the recent gay robot saga Brave Bang Bravern.
