What a sweet kid. I hope the parent has a sense of humor about it and tells the kid he was good for trying to do something nice for a neighbor even though there was a misunderstanding.

Being a heavy weed smoker, if my neighbors kid came and gave me a bag of garden weeds to "smoke" I would give them the biggest thanks and make a huge deal about how cool they are, probably give them some knick knack
