I started watching The X Files for the first time. I was scared of it when I was a kid. If I was flipping through channels and heard the intro music I would nope right the hell out and find something else. After watching the pilot episode at 32 I’m hooked! Mulder and Skully are so good together. And god damn, why are they both so attractive?!

It’s so fun!

I continued watching Silo on Apple TV+, what a fantastic show, the scope and the depth of the décors and props are off the charts. if you're up to date, watch Adam Savage's behind the scene videos on his YT channel (heavy spoilers).

I also started watching Flight Attendant on Amazon Prime, starring Kaley Cuoco (Penny on The Big Bang Theory), a dark comedy that's fun to watch, i can't tell much about it to avoid spoilers but recommend it after seeing the three first episodes.

Finally started season 2 of Silo and watched the first two episodes. I’d forgot how much I enjoyed it.

I got to second a recommendation for Flight Attendant. Great show. Kelly Cuoco is much better then I expected and pretty much everything she’s put her hand to after Big Bang has been awesome.

I don't have Apple but I heard many good things about the show. Perhaps it is time to sail the high seas.

My wife and I rewatched Severance S1 in preparation for S2. What an absolute mindfuck that show is and I love it.

I've mainly been working my way through the Wano arc of One Piece

Finished season one of Pantheon. It has Neal Stephenson vibes.

We watched 'Black Doves' on Netflix and it was excellent: drama, humour, a decent mystery and excellent acting. Hoping there'll be a second series.

Also, and as always, I've dipped back into my favourite episodes of DARK, also on Netflix. Still my favourite show of all time and the best thing I've seen on TV in the last 50 years.

Ugly Americans. Older (2010-2012) animated comedy series from Comedy Central, follows a social worker based in a futuristic NYC where lots of aliens/monsters/animatonics/etc are now a part of society, his job is to help them with integration to the city, shenanigans ensue. It only got two seasons, aired while I was in high school and has a special place in my memories. Stumbled across it on Paramount+ and promptly binged it all.

I watched "Into the night" it was surprisingly good. It was funny because it uses so many of the language I speak.

I loved this show

My wife and I finished Killing Eve. Ranking the seasons, I’d go 1243. Jodie Comer was absolutely a scene stealer, but I have to admit I didn’t care nearly as much about Eve and Villanelle’s evolving relationship as the show wanted me to, and therefore I was kind of annoyed at how certain plot lines were resolved offscreen, presumably because they weren’t deemed important.

As for Eve herself? Shitty pigeon wings indeed.

Finally watched Fury Road. Enjoyed it, but it did feel like it was starting to get long about the time they turned back.

first season of severance. pluto had it for free for some reason. actually had no commercials except between episodes which was kinda wierd.

Mad men season 4?5, flow, coupling.

Flow was surprisingly good if you like animals. Really heartwarming and reaffirming my concern over their welfare

I started in on the documentary called Aliens Expanded It goes in depth about all the things that happened and didn't happen while making the movie Aliens. It's nearly 4 hours long, so I've been watching it in large chunks. I'm an hour and a half in and I'm enjoying it.

I went to see Flow! The ending made me tear up a little bit 🥹

I’ve been on late aughts basic cable dramas lately. After finishing Leverage I’ve rolled onto Burn Notice. Very fun and light and god damn but Bruce Campbell is an American treasure. “Spies, a bunch of bitchy little girls.”

I watched the outfit, a recent movie that is set in the '50s. I really enjoyed it. I think it's on Netflix.

I watch a lot of Brit crime dramas, so I caught up with Shetland and Vera.

But I worked a LOT, which was awesome, and I didn't watch much else on television.

I've started to watch the Batman from 1989, but after 30 minutes I got bored, and stopped watching.

Got my partner hooked on Umbrella Academy, we're watching the final season now.

Also picked up Supernatural again after a month or two break.

Just watched Nothing Lasts Forever, from a FullMoviesOnYouTube link of Lemmy.

Incredible 1984 picture but in a 30s style. Never released. Includes Dan Ackroyd and Bill Murray but they don't take up all the oxygen of the picture. Lots of great old timers in there too.

Been watching Trollied again, god I love that show, such a silly but kinda heartwarming comedy about working in a supermarket, also it's a better representation of that job than superstore was.
