I'd be incredibly insulted if I were an ASU student. They think they're going to encourage people to NARC by showing off this T-shirt. That's what they think of the capacity of ASU students.

"Hey, babe! New Hitler Youth merch just dropped!"

"They're labeling themselves?"

"Yeah! They got race-supremecy friends and everything!"

"Let me grab my grampa's bat. He beat so many Nazis with this...at the game of baseball of course."

"Of course."

[Beat on the Brat by The Ramones plays in the background]

Was your grandpa the Bear Jew by any chance?

[-] Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world 13 points 2 years ago

Hmm? I'm not familiar with that term. He just left me this bat with his friends' signatures on it, and a few religious symbols. It's pretty stained, but it's got a lot of sentimental value. He didn't say much except that he used it to teach Nazis a lesson by beating them...at the game of baseball. Always that pause near the end as grandma gave him a sharp look. She must have not wanted me to hear about his baseball stories.

[-] Chocrates@lemmy.world 5 points 2 years ago

It's what they called one of the characters in "Inglorious Bastards", who beat a Nazi to death with a baseball bat

[-] AmidFuror@fedia.io 10 points 2 years ago

The commenter was playing along and implying Grandpa's bat was blood-stained.

[-] Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world 6 points 2 years ago

This is correct. I was just trying to be ironic. Sorry if I baited anyone.

[-] Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world 4 points 2 years ago

Thanks for being kind to me and assuming the best. As it is, I was doing an ironic shtick in the same vein.

“I consigned 2 adults and 3 children to a concentration camp and all I got was this stupid t-shirt”

[-] bruhbeans@lemmy.ml 28 points 2 years ago

I will buy a T-shirt for anyone who beats the shit out of a nazi

[-] psyklax@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 2 years ago

Gosh, I don't really like t-shirts. Can I get a sticker instead?

[-] noxypaws@pawb.social 3 points 2 years ago

[-] Objection@lemmy.ml 25 points 2 years ago

Inflation's gotten so bad, nowadays all you get is a T-shirt. Used to be you could get 40 pieces of silver for it.

[-] jordanlund@lemmy.world 5 points 2 years ago

30... 30 pieces of silver. :)

Current value? $939.

[-] Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world 2 points 2 years ago

I see you studied your Comparitive Economics of Historic Treachery.

Building on this, it's true that the current value of that amount of silver is probably only a few hundred dollars, but at the time, it may have been months worth of salary for a laborer.

I reported the bigots, and all I got was this lousy t-shirt and a better world.

Sorry to reuse my comment, but it seems to fit here.

Also, wouldn't this actually be deflation in the value of silver and / or inflation of the value of labor relative to it?

[-] Objection@lemmy.ml 1 points 2 years ago

:::spoiler Shhhhhh!

Yes. It would be deflation but the joke doesn't work that way and I figured I could get away with it.

I chose to tell the joke knowing it contained an error, bringing shame and dishonor upon my family.

[-] Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world 2 points 2 years ago

Thank you for your sacrifice.

"We believe it is up to us, the regular American people to pick up the civic duty and try to bring those numbers up,” said ~~Alvarado~~ the Nazi youth. “We don’t believe its adequate what Trump Administration is doing when it comes to deportations.”

"It's ok though, they're not Jewish so it's fine! We aren't Nazis! We just want to round up a created enemy and shove them into concentration camps! You're overreacting!"

[-] ploot@lemmy.blahaj.zone 24 points 2 years ago

It's only Nazism if it comes from the Nazi region of Germany in the 1930s. Otherwise it's just sparkling... no, actually, still Nazism.

[-] Nastybutler@lemmy.world 19 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago)

Naw, man. You'd get your ass beat wearing something like that

[-] Carmakazi@lemmy.world 17 points 2 years ago
[-] inclementimmigrant@lemmy.world 16 points 2 years ago

So report the college Republicans to immigration and get a T-shirt to burn.

Who would've guessed Republicans would be a bunch of Nazi pick-mes?

Gotta show their devotion to the cult.

[-] Nougat@fedia.io 11 points 2 years ago

Red trucker hat and a t-shirt: Nazi uniform minus the fashion sense.

[-] sp3tr4l@lemmy.zip 4 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago)

Both of those shirts would work great on range target.

Big circle for the chest, small white area near the heart.

Print some targets with those shirt patterns and take em to a range!
