Reddit has also taken action to issue a subreddit entitled r/IsElonDeadYet - in which a user posted near-daily that Musk had not passed away - with a permanent ban.
Lol
Welcome to !reddit. This is a community for all news and discussions about Reddit.
The rules for posting and commenting, besides the rules defined here for lemmy.world, are as follows:
Rule 1- No brigading.
**You may not encourage brigading any communities or subreddits in any way. **
YSKs are about self-improvement on how to do things.
Rule 2- No illegal or NSFW or gore content.
**No illegal or NSFW or gore content. **
Rule 3- Do not seek mental, medical and professional help here.
Do not seek mental, medical and professional help here. Breaking this rule will not get you or your post removed, but it will put you at risk, and possibly in danger.
Rule 4- No self promotion or upvote-farming of any kind.
That's it.
Rule 5- No baiting or sealioning or promoting an agenda.
Posts and comments which, instead of being of an innocuous nature, are specifically intended (based on reports and in the opinion of our crack moderation team) to bait users into ideological wars on charged political topics will be removed and the authors warned - or banned - depending on severity.
Rule 6- Regarding META posts.
Provided it is about the community itself, you may post non-Reddit posts using the [META] tag on your post title.
Rule 7- You can't harass or disturb other members.
If you vocally harass or discriminate against any individual member, you will be removed.
Likewise, if you are a member, sympathiser or a resemblant of a movement that is known to largely hate, mock, discriminate against, and/or want to take lives of a group of people, and you were provably vocal about your hate, then you will be banned on sight.
Rule 8- All comments should try to stay relevant to their parent content.
Rule 9- Reposts from other platforms are not allowed.
Let everyone have their own content.
:::spoiler Rule 10- Majority of bots aren't allowed to participate here.

There can be a Lemmy version
!iselonmuskdeadyet@lemmy.world Just created it
Freedom of speech for me but not for thee
Musk - who frequently champions his commitment to free speech
Sure, BBC, he may have said so in the past, but his actions speak a lot louder than his words. He’s not a champion to free speech. Stop touting that stupid line!
Oh gee, if only they called him a hypocrite in literally the next paragraph
Regime whores gonna whore for the regime mate...
"Gee Elon, I sure am sorry for that! I'll get it taken down right away! Those darn Snoos sometimes get a little crazy... By the way, you think next time you and Zuck and Bezos get together you could give me a call? Hello? ... Hello? Awwww..." -Spez, probably
The fact that an oligarch makes direct calls to a listed company CEO and CEO complies within the day.
People in the know always knew how this shot works but general public could start coming to conclusions after seeing this such clarity.
God willing
People used to like Joe Rogan and Dave Chapelle before they started hanging out with Elon Musk.
I dont think anybody truly believes they are friends with him out of free will. They would have to be blackmailed to hang out with this simp.
Well, I know Lemmy, Mbin, and Piefed are imperfect but they will have to do.
As for me, I think I’ll indefinitely stop using Reddit except to keep r/Sizz on maintenance.
No more posting or commenting there.
What's wrong with Mbin? I like it better than reddit, only thing it needs is RES-like features
Like Lemmy, I think the UI/UX of Mbin needs improvement. For example, just the other day, I tried to hide a specific community and was t able to easily discover how to do that.
This isn’t to say that Mbin is horrible. I’m using it right now. It just needs improvement.
Another flag Reddit experiments very very done.
Yet Reddit refuses to ban subs that share links for CSAM
would never let younger relatives especially girls use reddit, ive seen hella reviews and random posts of parents finding out their kids were on some onlyfans when 18 group
