@RosalieMorgan I purchased a pair of Physix Gear compression socks about four years ago, but I haven't worn them often enough (basically only when flying long haul) to know if they're BIFL. IIRC I settled on the brand because of a BIFL subreddit recommendation.

I've been using socks from here: https://procompression.com/
However I don't think this type of socks is really BiFL. The elastic in them will get tired, and I have had several doctors recommend replacing them after 6 months because of it. I tend to agree with those docs as I have found that the elastic does stretch over time and they do not have nearly the compression after 6-12 months than when new.
I ended up going with men's sockwell elevation firm compression socks from Duluth Trading Co. So far so good, they are comfortable, didn't fall apart on the first wash, and are helping a lot.
