[SOLVED] Cannot upload image for avatar (lemm.ee)

When I try to upload an image for my avatar, I get an error saying that my account is too new to upload images. What are the conditions to not be a new account?

EDIT: From the site rules:

Image uploads are enabled 4 weeks after account creation

It's something specific to lemm.ee and it's all in the sidebar on lemm.ee along with the instance rules.
