I like to wave and blow a kiss to the security camera just in case someone is looking at it so they know I appreciate them

I do this with every security camera! π Often it's more just making a silly face in the hope that someone is watching and has a giggle...
...wait?
Guys, it's like, 30 seconds. Stop, breath.
Yeah, most of the elevators I encounter are at hotels while traveling, so itβs usually the first place I have a moment to breathe after going non-stop for hours and hours. Iβm not practicing karate, Iβm trying not to collapse from exhaustion.
30 SECONDS ILL NEVER GET BACK MOTHERFUCKER
Fart.
So it's youβ¦
...just before I step out the door when I get to my floor.
Transform back to my original form, it's tiring to keep this human appearance.
Blue Steel in the mirror.
I resist the urge to press any button.
I just pull out my phone and look at re... er, lemmy
I reenact that scene from Captain America
Check my appearance in the mirror.
Karate? No.
I do let my imagination play out an action/fight scene that will occur when the elevator "dings" and the doors open. Often with an action based song playing in my head.
I watch too many movies.
I like to take a step in, press my floor button and not turn around. Facing the back of the elevator even if someone else gets on.
I ask the question, "Why do we exist?"
I look around for cameras and if I find one, I stare at it for the whole ride. No one really watches those things unless something is being investigated so on the rare chance someone sees it, Iβll just be an oddity in a much more interesting tale.
Usually I just take the stairs though. I hate surveillance.
What if they have cameras at the stairs?
Getting my phone out of pocket and continue reading that great finction.
I stand real close to the doors and agitate until I'm allowed out
I think about why I didn't went by the stairs again and again (I like stairs, that's my sport of the day)
practice your karate
*kzzzt* Could you please stop jumping around in the elevator, you're triggering the gravity sensors and causing alarms. Thank you. *kzzzt*
I stare at myself in the mirrored surface. I presume there are cameras, so I don't weird out in there π¬
Turn the music from my phone speakers to near full blast if not wearing headphones. And maybe dance to it.
I... exist
if no one is entering the empty elevator when I exit, I mash all the buttons.
Nervously stare at my cellphone signal while I play out an entire scenario of being stuck in the elevator by myself for hours.
Turn the music from my phone speakers to near full blast if not wearing headphones. And maybe dance to it.

Looking at my phone to brainlessly scroll, just to realise I don't have signal because I'm in an elevator.
