Monthly pass purchasers are rejoiced for everyone who didn't pay the same thing they did.

Public transit should be free for everyone as most of BC Transit’s funding comes from the government. They should raise the funding budget and get rid of the unnecessary barrier.

Monthly passes only punish the poor.
