Whether or not he is an idiot (and I mean... he is) we should treat him as though every single thing he's done is calculated and intentional. He is an enemy to the United States.
...and on the topic of oaths, every single person in the military swore an oath to defend the constitution from domestic enemies like Trump, so if anyone in the armed forces is reading this, could y'all get off your ass and do your job, please?

Just like with laws, oaths mean absolutely nothing if they're not enforced.
He gets to claim he's too stupid to understand what those words mean in that order
Oath clearly refers to the physical document. Doesn't say a thing about the words scribbled on it. That's why he's got it framed in the oval office: so he can keep close eye on it and make sure no one crumples it up.

The incorrect assumption is that he has taken a vow or oath in good faith or with intention to follow through.
Less than ideal, but as luck would have it the French have already crafted a marvelous invention to solve these kinds of problems.
This is where you go to learn about the constitution, Mr. President. Just place your head in the learning hole.
If I ever open a school I will definitely be calling it the learning hole.
He took the oath, as did every member of Congress, and every member of our military.
I suspect we're going to find out how much the oath is worth.

He's already been impeached twice last go-around... It takes congress actually voting him out and nearly none of the GOP will do that

I don't think a GOP led House would even bring it up for a vote. The corruption is built in.
And the answer is yes. But impeaching him has no hard consequences without Congress then giving him the boot, which they won't. He would stay in office, resources would be tied up, the proceeding would provide cover to do insidious things while the media is distracted by the impeachment shit, and at the end it would just feed his persecution complex.
Reminder that the supreme court ruled that mr president is above the law (or commits no crimes while in office, something like that). Expect the constitution to be deported next
