He's 100? He's so present and doesn't just look younger, but he really acts younger.

Get you that beauty around you every day. I mean, it's probably not the only reason but yeah, appreciation of beauty reduces stress, reduction in stress contributes to health, health contributes to longevity.

Dude does look about 75 though.
