No. But you can search them in the communities tab (local or global0 and surbscribe to them. And if it doesn't exist, create it :)

Gotcha. That is going to be a bit of a chore unfortunately. I going to do that in a browser, as the Android app does not easily let me do this atm.

Someone over in the Fediverse community hosted on kbin.social has started finding communities around the Fediverse that map with subreddits.
They aren't the same. You have to manually find and add them

As @twistedtxb@lemmy.world said, not really. You can go to sub.rehab and import your subreddits, though! Thatβs how I found more communities.
In relation to, I want them to make it where adding a community doesn't require that manually step of searching for it like !community@instance.ml (if it's never been linked before). It's not hard but silly.
