Seems like an expensive hobby nowadays, I'll stick to my exotic cars.
Looks like they started with playing around with liquid egg whites (you can buy that stuff in bottles), then gradually went down the dark path of increasing yolk proportions which I assume they could only do by manually separating eggs before cooking.
