How is that even a crime? If an undocumented person takes a bus to the immigration office, can they arrest the bus driver?
If it's a crime, I have no doubt we'll soon see DeSantis and Abbott indicted as well.
Also as long as we're talking about shifting people around without their consent, homeless people have been getting the "Grayhound" treatment for years.

Hey, the thing that should have happened before Republicans took a shit on our Constitution by denying due process.
See, the thing about due process is it either absolves the innocent or properly punishes criminals for their crimes. So it's a win/win. But you can't have that if fascists are breaking the law to prevent it.
Ideally, it does. Unfortunately, there are plenty of innocent people convicted and criminals never charged even though they’re caught, not to mention certain “kinds of people” getting lighter sentences than others.
Due process is a critical and necessary component of a fair justice system, but be careful not to lose sight of the bigger picture.

Dear God, this person has no idea what they are talking about. A Grand Jury doesn't determine innocence or guilt, their only responsibility is to determine if there is enough evidence to go to a trial. If Grand Juries suddenly get to decide if people are guilty, then Trump is guilty in ALL of his prosecutions, not just the ones we had enough time to confirm, since they all said there was plenty of evidence to go to a trial.
In any case, I can't wait for the prosecution to present their ironclad case to a real jury, because the whole photoshopped tattoos and driving people in cars is probably not going to carry much water.
