Lol, that cop did not like the uno reverse of pepper spray.
I think it was paint being sprayed back.
These gestapo want to take off their masks and go home at the end of the day. A raccoon mask of red paint will mark them as the Nazis they are. They should be denied service at restaurants and supermarkets for doing harm to your country.
Pepper spray is normally orange like that, but they do make versions that have various kinds of dye. They're usually marketed as helping the cops catch the person you sprayed, but it'd be preem for something like this too.
That would make sense. I haven't seen a cop use pepper spray in person for a few decades.

Pepper balls. "Less than lethal" skin, eye and respiratory irritant.
They use projectiles filled with a pepper-spray like content instead of paint.
Oh, this is awesome. Someone needs to truck in extra supplies of solvent-resistant hot pink spray paint.
That would be gay AF to see some of these brownshirts all pink’ed up.
