One of my favorites. Originally adapted from Death & Co.

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Celery Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Honey Syrup

That sounds fantastic—bookmarking this. Is it your own adaptation of the D&Co cocktail, or is it what’s in the book itself (…need to get the book!).

Edit : Not bad at all. Celery isn't overwhelming. Makes for a very nice drink. Thanks for sharing!

This sounds fantastic, but I've never used celery juice before. Can you buy that in the store, or do you make it yourself?
