I’m going to rewrite the description to be clearer toward who this luigi mangiones is (not everyone is familiar with U.S. politics).

I’ll go with:

"Free Luigi" is an expression calling for the liberation of Luigi Mangione, an American man accused of the murder of the CEO of a for-profit medical company with bad press. It is surrounded by a few Luigi, a character sharing his name from the Super Mario franchise. <and then a link to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luigi_Mangione>

Is that good for you? If you propose a better wording, I’m interested.

This “Free Luigi” sign is calling for the liberation of Luigi Mangione, an American man accused of the murder of the CEO of a for-profit medical insurance company with bad reputation. It is surrounded by three depictions of the character Luigi from the Super Mario franchise, which are commonly used in reference to Luigi Mangione.

The sign was made to move downwards when the EU flag block was expanded.
