Once you know his deflection drill it's almost funny how you can tell what Trump has just done or is planning to do soon by checking what he's currently accusing his opponents of.

"Pizzagate/pedophile democrat ring" was clearly projection of him and Epstein doing their thing

Then the " stolen elections" and now "Treason"....

Obama has two daughters, surprised I haven't seen accusations of incestuous feelings (yet?)

He's grasping at every straw he can reach to try to get people talking about anything other than the Epstein files. There must be some serious shit about him in there.

[-] Wazowski@lemmy.world 8 points 1 year ago

Maybe because there is no record of Obama telling people that he wants to fuck his daughters.

[-] andallthat@lemmy.world 8 points 1 year ago

That's what I was trying to say: there doesn't need to be any record or even reasonable suspicion that you did something. If Trump accuses you of it, then you know it's something that he (Trump) has done.

It's the classic 4d-chess unbeatable "NO U" move.

So Trump definitely committed treason then.

[-] Vedlt@lemmy.world 34 points 1 year ago

I understand that this is a comment about his projection, but still...

Yes, he committed treason, several times probably. Hell, one of them was even broadcast live! But here we are.

Yeah, my thoughts too. We can be sure that he committed treason before he was even in office the first time, and then committed it again when he pointed an angry mob of his supporters toward the capitol to prevent a democratic process.

I would guess that it's more that Trump would rather have the public not talking about him and the Epstein stuff, which is currently in the news, so it's time to do something appropriately headline-grabbing as to compete with it.

[-] blattrules@lemmy.world 5 points 1 year ago

Absolutely. But he’s also definitely committed treason too.

Epstein distraction

[-] darkmarx@lemmy.world 27 points 1 year ago

In summary: Pay no attention to the Epstein stuff. Look over here... Obama, Hillary, and Biden were mean to Trump a decade ago. They used evidence when making arguments. Can you imagine such treasonous activity? A president shouldn't do such things. If we start relying on evidence, it would show Trump is a ped... uh... pedestrian, yeah, pedestrian, that's it. It's obviously treasonous to look at facts.

[-] Wazowski@lemmy.world 22 points 1 year ago

Projection. It’s always projection.

[-] DarkDecay@lemmy.world 13 points 1 year ago

Who cares what a pedo accuses anyone of?

[-] kikutwo@lemmy.world 10 points 1 year ago

Move to "not the onion"

[-] aarRJaay@lemmy.world 8 points 1 year ago

What do you call making a deepfake video of a former president being arrested?

[-] jabeez@lemmy.today 4 points 1 year ago

Hey Obama(s), keep on just goin' high as they keep sinking lower and lower, working out great for everyone!

[-] jaggedrobotpubes@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

I am told I should not pay attention to epstein.
