I guess this artist doesn't want me to follow them, because I'm not making an account on the Nazi website.
The problem is that the Nazi website is a good platform for artists to share the art and reach so many people. Tumblr, Pixiv and Reddit are the only viable options currently.

I think the joke is that AI pictures usually contain a lot of highlights (shiny spots) just like this picture does but on closer inspection this picture contains details that an AI wouldn't be able to draw so it must actually have been drawn by a human.
