Can't download Threads app on Android? (lemmy.fmhy.ml)

Threads (Meta's counterpart to Twitter) just launched today on both Android and iOS supposedly but when I go to the Play Store, it shows me this message (see screenshot). Anyone else have this issue?

Do you live in the EU? AFAIK Threads only launched in the UK & US.

Maybe your device not meeting the specs or minimum API required. Could be a regional issue also.

Anyway try downloading the apk from APKMirror.
