I've also noticed that something weird resets with the new custom theming as you change other visual settings :(

Thanks I'll take a look at this! I have been making a lot of large structural changes to settings and how it's organized so it's probably related and something I will pay more attention to going forward. Apologies for having to re-set up your settings.
