Why doesn't The Rock, the biggest Rock, not simply eat the Racist Rock?

Wait, seriously? lol. Rocks Chris and Kid are in the same photo, and you thought Chris was who I meant by "Racist Rock"?
I think they thought that because A. they don't know Bob Rock and 2. They thought you were referencing the infamous black people vs. n-word routine.
There's an oft forgotten third option. It's entirely possible that the poster has heard of the existence of something elusive to modern society but ironically not to Chris: A joke.
It very well may be that they were subverting the OOP's obvious intent of calling kid rock racist by humorously spinning it as if he was talking about Chris Rock instead, despite all parties knowing the original poster's intent.

Probably closer to 2008. Blackberries didn't get color screens until the mid 2000's, and that looks to me like the Blackberry Bold, which had updates between 2008 to 2013.
My bad. At first glance that looked like a Nokia something in the 1100 series. Which would be like 2001-2006? I was exaggerating a bit with 1999.
But if that’s a blackberry then those things must have been fucking tiny to have a full keyboard. Or that guy has massive hands.
Whatever phone it is, it looks like a color screen and a full keyboard. Zoom in and see that it's more than the normal 10 keys on a traditional phone dialer.
That line of blackberries was no wider than a modern smartphone, but the little rounded buttons made it easier to precisely hit the right buttons without looking.
