Start an edit war by adding an entry for the edit war page itself, stating that the controversy centered around whether there was an edit war on the edit war page. See if it's self fulfilling.

Man most of the edit wars on there are so incredibly pointless. I know that kind of detail obsession is what you want in a Wikipedia editor, but I can't really imagine spending hours debating whether it's "Star Trek into Darkness" or "Star Trek Into Darkness"

In the context of art, I think it is useful to capture the author's original art as closely as possible when archiving. Especially because art can use wordplay and breaking grammar for the sake of the art.

Interestingly there are a lot of political ones I know not listed on that page. I think that page kinda chose the funnier ones.

I think it's analogous to road rage, which is also dumb and unnecessary. Helpful to remember that there's a person on the other side of the wiki edits

Recession:

A dispute broke out among Wikipedia editors over the definition of an economic recession given in the article on that subject. Right-wing commentators accused editors on the platform of being influenced by the Biden administration's interpretation of the term, inciting further edit warring.

This is where we’re heading. Fuck Trump and all his sycophants.

It is disgusting that the longest river in India, one that many consider sacred, is given under its British name.
