There were times last season while watching games that the thought crossed my mind "This guy might be our best player. Or our most important player....or both!". The fact we slumped after he was injured didn't go unnoticed either.
So, I'm ecstatic we've got him signed up. I expect Real and other big clubs will be sniffing around real soon, so no release clause is fantastic!

I'm stoked about this. He was so damn solid in the back last year and a huge part of why we did so well.
I was worried he was either holding out or just not interested after being sent on loan too much and maybe hard feelings. This is such a banger of a.signing, he will be clutch for us.
