I call bull that they are not already doing it.
We know they're already doing it. They took down a huge segment of Iranian infrastructure at one point with a hack. THEY ADVERTISED IT!
Hacking is a crime that ignores borders, I didn't expect that America would arrest anyone for the crime of hacking it's enemies like China.
