Oh I actually just learned a cool trick for this.

If there's ever a crowd of innocent people you want to mow down, you can just say they're Hamas. You don't even have to say it beforehand, you can declare it after the fact (if you get caught)

So far it's worked 100% of the time I've seen it used so it's seemingly pretty foolproof

Obviously youve never gone fascist or authoritarian. Definitely authoritarian considering they are doing the CCP form of population control.
