It helps that the country is small enough for substantial amount of the population to be able to go there
it's the exact opposite. the helpful thing is if you don't need a substantial portion of the entire population to be at a protest to get anything done. it's much harder to halt the entire society for a protest than having so many people that .1% of the population would still be a scary crowd.
Seems like the U.S. should take notes.

It's happening because of india. Indian government trying to control nepal. So much corruption in nepal because of interfering by indian government. Hopefully the new government will be secular and truly free from foreign control. Same thing happened in bangladesh also. India was controlling that country. After the revolution now bangladesh has distanced itself from india.

Can you really see this working in the United States? Trump would literally give orders to mow everyone in the streets down, and he would frame it as protecting the country from violence. His base would expand greatly from this, as propaganda around destabilization from riots would successfully stoke fear in his voters, as well as a number of independent voters.
The only reason January 6th got as far as it did is because Trump, the sitting president, wanted the violence to succeed. We can see clearly that this is the case from the fact he pardoned every last one of them, including the most violent.
The US military is the most monied military in the world by a massive, enormous margin. If it is used against the people, then the people will face absurd losses well before any resolution resembling what we're seeing in this story. It may come to that still... But make no mistake, this is not going to work as well in the US right now. It's not even remotely the same situation.
After all of this is done, who will now lead? There will almost be a power vacuum after the revolution, and they don't always end good
You're not wrong, a government removed without democracy isn't a great process for any nation.
Context: this chump is from a movement that endowed the coup d'etat atempted in brazil recently (which got bolsonaro arrested), and in 2016 he became proeminent because another coup d'etat - against dilma, back then. in the past months his group collected signatures among young folks under false premises (saying it was to all kinds of noble purposes, like saving the amazon rainforest, but it was to create this party, "missão").
both coup d'etats in recent times used the same strategies (social media, appeal to memes, agitating to revolt) and there was clear similarity in the reasoning and symbols, as well links to similar movements worldwide.
that's not just a coincidence. do not fall for the mermaid's chant.
