Sorry, I am stupid. I cannot remember my instance. Could I see my login name inside Jerboa?

You are pulpy@feddit.it meaning your account is registered on feddit.it

I don't use Jerboa so no clue on that one!

On the left-hand menu you can see your login name at the top, and add multiple accounts.

Yeah, but they want to see the instance as well.

Press on the three vertical dots on the top right and select "Site Info". An info tab should open and at the top, it will say [your instance name] Info. Hope this helps!
