If you are on Windows 10 or 11 then your companies admin have been able to see your location whether or not you have Teams anyways.
Git yourself a new job or new boss if you don't like that they can see that shit.
It’s not even just Windows. If your company uses any kind of endpoint management software, chances are they are able to easily figure out if you’re in the office or not.
