Cooperatives

Oh wow, thank you so much for sharing. That was a fantastic listen, super informative and insightful. I’ve come across a few small indie game dev studios that state they’re worker-owned co-ops, but I haven’t been able to find much info about how they structure their various internal processes, roles, decision-making, legal structures, bringing new members on board, role of contractors/freelancers, compensation, etc. This was full of all of that good info with a really nice mix of inspiring examples, provided tons of food for thought and models to follow.
