What i've read on CT's they won't make a good police vehicle. Not even close.
Their main purpose is to intimidate the poor, they work pretty well for that purpose. Your metrics are not adjusted to the current state of affairs, in a fascist state they actually make great police vehicles.

That sounds like vegas alright.
Just outrun them. They can't use them to PIT as they'll lock up and have to be trailered to a special dealership to be fixed.
