The tin of bees wax that came with my Bass is going empty and I want to try an alternative. Has anyone have experience with Carnauba Wax or something similar?

I've used the carnauba wax from Dunlop and it's great. It smells funny and the wax goes rancid pretty quickly inside the bottle. It's still usable though and does the job. The smell doesn't really stay on the wood once you passed a puff cloth on it to make it shine. The final effect is mind blowing and your bass looks better than new.

TL;DR: Dunlop carnauba wax is great even if it smells funny.
