Most are on paramount+ for streaming.
Personally I have all the series, and movies as physical media on DVD.

All of the Star Trek series and movies are back on Paramount+. Like you, I have series and movies on DVD. I'm saving up for the Star Trek series I don't yet have on physical media.
Paramount+ is the place!
For physical media, I noticed I could find all the films and the first season of Strange New Worlds in Ultra HD at Best Buy.
I also find entire collections on DVD and HD (non 4K) Blu Ray at used places like Zia Records (the only national chain I can think of) and other similar stores with used movies.

(Edit, that other deleted post was me, but from the instance admin account, which I don't use for external things. Whoopsy!)
Buy it on DVD or Blu-ray, it's cheaper in the long run (if you rewatch, and with Star Trek you probably will) and you don't need to live in fear that your streaming service of choice can remove shows and movies whenever they want.
