This is going to affect a lot of people, creating housing insecurity at a time when it's fucking terrible out there! The point is cruelty, making yet more people homeless, and desperate because the social safety net is very limited in the USA.

In my neck of the woods, apartments are limited, out of my price range (usually owned by foreign landlords), and restricted to student housing. This has had a damning impact on housing availability, this HUD proposal is only going to make the situation worse. I honestly don't know what I am going to do if I am forced to move...
