Overview of the communities being wiped:
users_active means the amount of users that have commented or voted. In case of 1 - it means was only the bot that interacted. In case of 0, it's a community that had stopped being syndicated already, and this is just cleaning up the archive.
Case in point: soccer had over 43000 posts, for only 3 users that weren't the bot. Sorry folks, but that's just not worth it.
