They consider Every international airport a border. There's almost nowhere in the country not within 100 miles of a "border"

Fine argues that plate-tracking tools should be used aggressively if they help identify undocumented immigrants or criminal networks.

“Until we've deported every single illegal immigrant, without exception, we need to do everything possible to get them,” he said. “We need to find them, catch them, and deport them.”
