One model from Warby Parker and another from Gentle Monster. The display versions are coming next year at the earliest.

I still don't feel comfortable being recorded everywhere at all times. I wonder if I could wear an IR lamp that would obscure me to these cameras

According to the article these just have audio in/out, no visual display.

Correct, the model they are releasing this fall won't have a display. The next iteration that will come out next year at the earliest will have a display.
