To add some that I haven't seen mentioned, Lgbt@lemmy.ml seems to have memes. The lgbt_plus (beehaw and blahaj) communities both seem to just be articles near the top, but the sidebars don't say anything about memes not being allowed?

But queer_irl seems to be the default for non-trans queer-specific memes.
