Nono, in Checo's version of the rule book it clearly says in Article 33 Β§ 11: "Unless you are ~~a Red Bull driver yourself~~ Max Verstappen, if you see a Red Bull closing up in your mirrors you are obligated to shit your pants and make way immediately."
