For reference, the city is currently trying to annex a massive amount of land from the County to make it easier to develop (the County has better restrictions). Don’t think they won’t try to change the comp plan to accommodate data centers the second someone offers those 3 their kickback.

EDIT: The City voted to introduce the ordinance to approve the annexation “and set the first and only public hearing for Aug 26, 2026.”
